Progress

Your first achievement
will matter to you.

A steadier movement. A repetition you couldn’t do before. A month of showing up again and again. We look for goals that mean progress to you.

Signs of progress

What counts as success?

These are possible goals we can adapt to your starting point. When we work together, we track your own progress.

TECHNIQUE

You understand the movement.

You recognise what to focus on and perform the exercise with less guidance.

STRENGTH

You get that extra repetition.

Your training log shows where you started. We watch your technique as well as the load.

CONSISTENCY

Training has a place in your life.

You’ve found a routine that works in your everyday life, and something to return to after a busy week.

How we track it

We record your goal and starting point, then return to the same measures: technique, training load, consistency and how you feel about your sessions.

My own journey

What I expect of myself too.

Mihály Bence’s training progress

I know how many attempts
can go into one achievement.

I’ve trained since September 2017. Pull-ups once frightened me; later, they became my first truly meaningful achievement. I’m still working towards my own goals. In your training, we’ll look for what means just as much to you.

Our starting point

What would your first meaningful achievement be?

It could be an exercise, a habit or simply feeling more at home in the gym. Let’s talk about how you could work towards it.

First, we get to know each other. Then you decide how to continue.
