I want you to understand why you’re doing an exercise and what comes next. A plan helps you keep going when motivation is low.
About
I’m Mihály Bence. Training helped me believe I could do something that once felt impossible. Today, I want to help others experience that feeling.
My story
I started training at twelve. I had no coach, plan or gym membership, just a few metal bars and a lot of attempts. Things often didn’t work out. When that happened, I read more, changed something and tried again.
As a child, I was afraid of pull-ups. I’d worry for weeks before the school fitness assessment: I was the weakest, and I was bullied for it. When I finally managed one, it meant much more than completing an exercise. For the first time, I truly felt I could change something I’d thought was fixed. I still remember that feeling. As a coach, I work to help others have a moment like that.
For years, I taught myself through research, experiments, mistakes and fresh starts. In 2025, I qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, adding formal training to what I’d learned through experience. In 2026, I also completed the IWI MES Trainer course, developing my knowledge of supporting exercise in rehabilitation and for people with specific needs.

In the gym, I work towards my goals. Outside it, I make time for travel, friends and switching off. Both are part of who I am.
I enjoy going home, spending time with friends or putting on my headphones and getting absorbed in something. When we plan your training, the life it needs to fit into matters too.
Values
I want you to understand why you’re doing an exercise and what comes next. A plan helps you keep going when motivation is low.
I ask how you are, how much time you have and what you’re finding difficult. These are part of planning your training.
I’ll tell you what I see, and I want you to tell me if something is unclear or doesn’t feel right. Good coaching needs feedback in both directions.
My own training, courses and reading keep bringing up new questions. I enjoy looking into things I don’t yet understand well enough.
