Personal training · Békásmegyer

You won’t have to figure it out alone.

I demonstrate, explain and pay attention to how you’re doing. We’ll build foundations you can rely on next time, whether you’re just starting or have trained for years.

The foundation of our work

Understand your training. Recognise your progress.

01

Solid foundations

We choose exercises to suit how you move and what you can manage now, then increase the challenge in a controlled way.

02

Progress you can track

We track your technique, load, repetitions and the milestones we agree on, so you can see what’s changing.

03

Personal attention

I’m there throughout each session, adjusting technique, explaining the movements and adapting the work to how you feel that day.

A rehabilitation-informed approach

What does that mean in my practice?

I use what I learned through the IWI MES Trainer qualification to better understand movement patterns and plan gradual increases in training load.

This can be particularly helpful after a long break, when returning after an injury, when repetitive demands have affected your confidence, or when you simply want to move more confidently again.

The aim is to build stable foundations for long-term strength, muscle and endurance, as well as helping you through today’s session.

Who is it for?

You’re coming back after a long break or a previous injury, with appropriate professional clearance.

You want to move with confidence

You value good technique, controlled progression and personal feedback.

Frequently asked questions

What you might want to know.

We’ll talk about your goals and background, then use simple exercises to understand how you move and your current capacity. You don’t need to get fit before you come.

Acute pain, a recent injury or unexplained symptoms need a doctor or physiotherapist first. We can support your return to training within appropriate professional guidance.

We’ll choose a manageable routine based on your goals and current schedule. Tell me how many sessions fit into a typical week, and we’ll plan around that.

Personal training takes place at Victory Fitness Békásmegyer: 1039 Budapest, Hatvany Lajos utca 10.
